How the daily challenges work
- Open Geography and choose today’s UTC challenge. Explore ten questions about places, capitals and landmarks.
- Open Word Ladder and choose today’s UTC puzzle. Change exactly one letter per move, using accepted words, until you reach the destination.
- Finish both daily games to complete the set. Return on the next UTC day to continue your streak.
Everyone with the same UTC date gets the same challenges. The selection changes at midnight UTC, which may be a different time where you live. The page checks your device clock while open and when you return. Finish a set before the UTC date changes; older unfinished attempts remain playable but do not earn a new day’s credit.
There is no timer or required score. Hints do not prevent daily completion. Daily puzzles use our existing collections, so a puzzle may return on another date. Practice remains available after the daily set.
Make room for a different kind of thinking
Geography invites recall and discovery; word ladders invite careful experiments with language. For an untimed logic challenge between daily visits, try an original Detective Logic case. These games are entertainment, with no promise of measured cognitive improvement.
