Who operates this website

BrainTrail Games is a project by FullStack Dev KZ. Please use our contact form for privacy questions or requests concerning your messages.

Information you send us

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message. We use them to respond, investigate reported problems and prevent abuse. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

Service providers and technical information

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. IP-based rate limiting protects contact submissions. Resend processes outgoing support messages, which are delivered to the developer’s Gmail support inbox. These providers may process information outside your country.

Storage and retention

Detective Logic progress, notes and best scores are stored only in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing browser storage or using Reset saved progress in the game removes them. This release has no player accounts or cloud progress database. Contact messages remain in the email providers’ systems and support inbox. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been adopted; the owner must review it. You can request deletion through the contact form, subject to legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.

Cookies and analytics

We have not enabled advertising, Google Analytics or Vercel Web Analytics. The public application does not set tracking cookies. Hosting and security services may process request logs or use mechanisms needed to protect the service. Restricted previews may use Vercel authentication cookies.

Future features

Accounts, Android synchronization and purchases are not available in this release. We will update this notice before introducing new data collection. Please avoid submitting children’s personal information through the contact form.

Your choices

You can browse without contacting us. To ask about access, correction or deletion of a support message, contact the team using the same email address where possible so we can verify the request.
